How Question-answering system works
  1. A user or administrator creates a database (called index) to collect information within.

  2. The next step, is to select the file, folders, files (as conventional documents, scientific articles, patents) or Web source which QAS has to search through; QAS processes (or indexes) these files, saves the result to database and than users this information for search.

  3. Finally, the user may find precise answers to custom questions written in natural language.

  4. So, the level or relevance to the answer is represented in percentage.

  5. Besides, the user may get a shot summary of each search result or to see all occurrences.
